I'll expect a registration statement with the SEC after New Years for all the shares they want to sell into the market in order to finance it all. Until then it is a dog and pony show with market makers playing games. Financing the dream on any shareholder now in existence is all they are doing and clearly not that successfully as one would think a reg statement would have long since been filed upon the 10-20M arrangement.
