BYOC filed 19 filings yesterday and had the STOP sing removed, this allows institutions to invest

Usually I think "DD Packets" are a load of pumping garbage, but I believe this is the real deal here

Expecting an 8K regarding the "future visions" of the company as well as an escrow regarding the form-D of the $10-million placement by Boustead Securities LLC.

Note the shares involved in the $10-million placement are restricted for 2 years, and the CEOs (George Pursglove's) shares are restricted until May 2018. If the CEO wants to sell shares, he can only do so at 1% per week and must disclose he is selling them.

I don't know what else people want. This is as good as it gets! We are likely going to NASDAQ.
