NT 10-K filed today!

LOL! I guess they are having trouble finding another accountant sleazy enough to sign off on their fantasy operation.

Now they have 15 calendar days to get it filed. Who knows... now that it has been painstakingly documented in detail how this is a scam, they might not file anything this time and this just goes away. They already enriched themselves by millions of dollars through the years.

Be careful until you actually see the 10-K filing. The jig may be up.

I will tell you one thing. If they show over a million dollars in "intangible assets" again for dubious intellectual property, I will be alerting the SEC they need to look into this along with any accountant that would agree to this.
