Just got this response from CEO within minutes...

Any material event will be filed in a 8k with the SEC and I will NOT be waiting for the OTC to remove the caveat emptor to do a deal.

The caveat emptor is a guide for shareholder to be aware there may be issues with the company I have made three attempts to get the caveat emptor resolved including having the Transfer Agent contacting them with no success so far.

Appreciate your efforts in turning ATPT around. Any timeframe for OTC to take the CE off? It's really keeping the stock down. Could you put out news with it on without consequences? Seems they are hell bent on keeping it there for their own benefit.
