what are you even talking about? besides the independent media and boots one the ground confirmations, the company has websites, a showroom, has filed financials on OTC, has caught up old audited financials, and met all Finra's other requirements and scrutiny receiving a new cusip and ticker.
granted third qtr fins are a little late, but OTC is not a regulatory agency.
