I am betting by the end of the year. There is a good chance the parties will settle that way they can put this behind them this year.... If in fact I am right the judge has ordered it or simply Monbat will pay off the creditors and we get nothing there. Then Arch sues Enersys if they can come to an agreement. Something is happening... Again our shares would have been null and void and worthless if not!!
