No there is no hearing because they didn't respond, initial decision was entered, but you are right not revoked until the order of finality. No idea the timeframe on that but if when that order comes and TALK is not included, it means TALK appealed directly to the SEC and would not be revoked with the other companies. If TALK didn't appeal they will be revoked.
