I completely agree with your sentiment however they already wiped out shareholders once by driving the price down to $0.25 when this all first started. Sure, some might have held but those people were essentially wiped out. There are stories still coming out that hypothesize the gov't wants to wipe out existing holders before recap. Everything that has happened here seems illegal in the USA but the courts are letting it happen and the govt is the one doing it. I believe it's prudent to fear their next move against shareholders.
