It is standard stinky pinky to go idle for 2-3 years when the financials you have to catch up on need to show scam money moves.

Stuck holders are just happy it's alive again at that point.

Put old "dredgemaster" in court somewhere and likely find out that person NEVER did any work for this ticker in Africa. Period.
