Too vague. Nothing happens until he announces they are getting of the dreaded pink sheets. Fears about Puerto Rico will drown out this news even if 850 is more than twice that exposure. Too much thinking for Mr market.

On a serious note, will be interesting to find out the reaction for the pfd shares. 100 cents on the dollar, 105??? I am not that informed.
