I thought TALK's letter to the SEC stating they didn't have a problem with there auditor Johnson was enough for the past filings in question.

Perhaps they never wanted to restate the years that were in question, plenty of people here saying they never properly restated those banned auditor reports.

Two years starting from 4th quarter 2015 cleans it up forget about the rest.

Adversely many also thought the letter to the SEC with TALK stating they had no problems with the accountant was enough to alleviate restating old reports.

Not wanting to get into the whole banned auditor debate again since it was extremely tiring... but... who knows...
