I guess this is the last chance to scoop more shares before January 1st because Supreme Court and Sweeney cases will not have anything before next year. It does not matter if tax cut bill pass before Christmas or not. The administrative solution is viable in January. Mater-of-fact, if tax cut bill fails to pass before Christmas, then administration will be force to act early to show that administration is doing something and Claim victory for fixing GSE.
