The price of NBG in Athens is .24 EUR. That translates to .29 USD in ADR. Why is it .24 USD here? because when you make the transfer you will pay 0.05 transfer fee adds up to 29.....So either way if you sell or Convert them to ETE Via BNY its comes out the same.
