I'm not even saying that the 110th event has occurred, I'm simply stating that at some point in time statistical significance is reached prior to those 110 events, and at that point it should be announced.

Its like the show survivor. If at 80 days its down to 2 people, and one quits on day 81, why the hell do we have to wait for the last guy to quit before we announce the winner... what if he decides to live out there for 3 years? That would be a pretty boring show.
