Although, this sentence from the statement is hard to figure:

"Consequently, the company is reviewing strategic alternatives to capture the value of Clipstream®, its surrounding intellectual property and business, for its shareholders."

Sounds like giving up on it, but it's so opaque.

Another possible drag on the share price is the possible cost of litigation defending Steve V's suit. Destiny is cash poor, they might need a litigation loan if this goes 9 innings.
