Can you share the court info here?

Not totally sure how this will play out as it's obviously a ver complicated situation. Since many of us still have our shares in our brokerage accounts and ESW bought out HIPP, where HIPP still has 1M shares in UPLD, I think we'd be entitled to some sort of settlement. Likely pretty diluted, yet hope to just break even at minimum here.
