What do we expect the cold chain shipping market to be in 2, 3, 4 and 5 years and what is a reasonable expectation of our market share throughout these time frames. That is all I want management to provide. refuse to provide that? then we need new management. Board is too friendly with current management? then we need new board members. Management has no sense of urgency and do not feel like they have to answer to the board who answers to us.

Cryoport management was shooting triple bogeys 4 years ago and now want a pat in the back for shooting in the 90s. While i am grateful of where we are today, they should not get a pass for mediocrity.
