I called investor relations and left a couple of messages. No response. That trial starts today actually and it's a little complicated for scotus. I believe one of the main arguments is that you can't just take away private property like that by invalidating a patent. Anyway I will try to stay on top of that. Excelsior, if Upland sells hipcricket like next week for argument's sake for a lot of cash would we be entitled to any of that?
