Enquiry levels in WAF remained steady this week, which has allowed owners to push rates back up over WS 80 and there is still cargo outstanding. Elsewhere, the Novorossisyk programme for December was fully released and was relatively thin which will not help to lift sentiment amongst owners hoping for increased enquiry.
