Bankruptcy is just a reorganization of debt, when the offshore drilling improves, this company will improve as well. I just bought in 12200 shares at .34 I expect to hold for 5 to 10 years. It's my high risk penny play, but has so much more potential than any other penny play in the market. Especially since this is NYSE and not the OTC. Look at RIG, OII, and the myriad of offshore drillers/service companies. I believe this is at or near the bottom. I don't see much downside here long term. But all must weigh their risk. I'm not investing a penny more 4 grand is enough. But the potential gains is quite strong, again, over the long term.
