Again, it is NOT a "relisting" as NEWC was never Exchange listed.

They can try to reregister, but the odds of that are pretty much zero.

It would be easier for Campo to just start over and use the old NEWC assets, which are really of dubious quality, in a new company and restart his ATM from scratch without NEWC's massive debt load....and without its old shareholders.
