First of all, NEWC was never listed. "Listed" is a specific term which means listed to trade on an Exchange. NEWC was never on an Exchange, so it cannot "relist" since it was never listed.
But if you mean return to trading, NO. No chance whatsoever. NEWC will have to file a registration statement with the SEC, and the review and comment process takes months. Even if they were to file one on Monday, best case scenario would be 4-6 months. BEST CASE. But with NEWC and Campo's history of ignoring the SEC and its authority, including never bothering to respond to the SEC the last time he filed a registration statement, there will be no "best case".
NEWC will never file a registration statement with the SEC. And even if they did, the odds of ever getting through the comment stage would be extremely slim, anyway.
