About SCLC trial:

the study has as of July 7, 2017, been fully enrolled for 10 full months, making it fully enrolled for 15 months now with no result update. They must be sitting on the data using overall survival as some kind of excuse unless aldox really knocked it out of the park and we have some long PFS data averaging in... tho the primary endpoint was PFS

So if we are fully enrolled for 15 months the average enrollment time is probably about 18 months now.

Your data appears to have Sept of 2017 as the full enrollment date, but it was Sept 2016. Recalculate that powering now :)
