The more I think about it the more I think that Steve was a con man, straight up.

Sure he had the major role in MPE development, etc. but almost everything he said about the status of Clipstream development was 100% bullshit. The years of "sooner rather than later", "weeks not months", "hockey stick revenue", "revenue beginning next quarter", "jaw dropping qualtiy", were all lies, all of them. Years of that malarkey, and that's why I think he got fired. Because serious investors bought in and realized he was running a con on Clipstream.

p.s., I'd also take a side bet that he was skimming from the funds designated for Clipstream development.
