YKR as you have said numerous times Barrick does not have title to Pascua Lama and JL and MSX say they have title to Mina Pascua. We are talking the same piece of property. Yet MSX is halted for false and misleading news releases. Barrick is now stating that they are doing a feasibility study on a piece of property that they were going to mine back in 1997. They have had glazier issues, environmental issues (self imposed), the price of gold, sold silver to SLW but the BCSC had Barrick say any silver from any mine is now ok, to which there still is no silver. Yet with all of this MSX is halted and Barrick is still trading and coming up with ever more excuses. Yup heck Barrick does not have to worry as they have friends in high places. They must because no other company would get away this this type of tom foolery. Now would they!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
