You have said this a dozen times but can never produce that letter. I do remember a similar letter....but it DID NOT say what you are saying it did.

BTW.....you always said that MSX/BJ refused to say any such thing just to trade again.... because of the principle....hmmm...then what is this? OK'ed by JL HIMSELF AND HIS LEGAL COUNCIL IN CHILE!
