Sorry newg, but your argument makes no sense. Barrick is NOT a part of this investigation because as you've constantly pointed out ad nauseam, they've had no press releases about what was going on in Chile. No comment = no false or misleading statements.

But unlike Barrick, BJ had A LOT of press releases, and the facts point to Mountainstar making false or misleading statements in its required public filings.

It's very clear and easy to understand for most people newgold, and that's why there are NO takers for the YKR challenge.
