Based on what happened at Cenkos this year the SEC investigation does not bother me at all. The 90 day time frame for the investigation would typically be the time frame to determine reasonable cause to pursue a deeper investigation. It often takes 2 years or more to develop a case worth pursuing for damages or criminal charges. In my estimation this is well worth waiting for. Best wishes.
