I give you guys a lot of real-time info, but I sat on that one until I could buy some shares. I was the only buyer after hours Wednesday. It closed at $2.04 and there was $2.08 at the Ask. Market Maker kept filling me there at $2.08 for a long time without changing the Ask. Finally the Ask rose to $2.13 and I bought there for awhile until Ask went to $2.25. Got quite a few shares bought today as low as $2.04.

I was sure someone would post the filing and it would shoot up. I believe they will ask the German court to hold off on a ruling along with the appellate court as they try to negotiate a grand settlement.

It was at $2.06 today when I posted it and closed at $2.15. Only took a few people watching to move it. Expect it will go up Monday as word gets out to more people.
