I’m thinking it’s time for an open letter to chuck and jim demanding Jim’s resignation from the board.
A good start, but you would need a few more to really change things. And even if you did get this to happen, it might be too late to change much. They harvested the company for all it was worth and will leave Chuck with a husk to try and salvage something.
