I was trying to explain the difference to myself. The only thing I can think of now it is that 810 days was an estimate back at the time of ASCO in 2016, after which the company was able to do a secondary offering. They never said that it was an estimated mOS though.
There were many doubters at the time, AF was actually making fun of them as unreliable figures, and unfortunately he was right.

Now we have actual results. It is the same issue as in rGBM, they should have already corrected their presentations, but maybe they won't as otherwise they would admit they are liars.
