Who said any thing about water restrictions? Whomever owns the farms pays money to water their crops from the owner of the water rights. The water is not free.

well,THE RIVER THEN,AND YOU WON'T FIND ANY WATER RESTRICTIONS BECAUSE THEIR ARE NONE!



Honestly, do you even know what you own and how that business is run? This not like the gold mining reality TV shows where you see operators diverting water from the rivers to run there wash plants.
