MLCG listed as dark/defunct company on OTC Markets.

failure to file unaudited financials is a serious problem, especially since they put out those notices of late filing and still never filed when promised....numerous financials failure to file. Nothing since 2016.


Also, showing less than $3,000 in total assets and almost flat broke.....not good.
