When I was shopping a little over a year ago, Samsung seemed to be getting the worst revues, but what Bull_Dolphin said could be entirely true as I remember when Samsung was getting good revues. It seems to ebb and flow with some tech companies for various reasons. I'd never own another Sceptre for example because of a bad customer service experience.
