Do we know for sure if Olympic "released" their 227,428,571 shares?

All the tables up to PDF page 380 only have columns that say "accepted/rejected", and "accepted share count/rejected share count". This only means if they accepted/rejected the POR in my opinion and does not necessarily mean they released (although I agree it would make sense). Only the tables from page 381 (the unacceptable ballots) show a column "released or not released". Strange.

But accepted could really mean "accepted AND released", I am not sure. How do you interpret it? It could also mean Olympic did accept the plan, but did NOT give releases and want to sue the debtors just in case money "appears".

An another question. Why die Olympic file no 13F if they got

227,428,571 / 30 = 7.5 million

WMIH shares? Either they really did NOT release and only accepted the POR (==> no escrows, no WMIH shares?), or they sold the WMIH sheares immediately after CH11 on the OTC?!?
