It definitely turned out as I expected and most of it was eaten. The most interesting comment came from my wife who said there was something crunchy in the mix. That would be the real wild rice as opposed to the fake stuff they call wild rice. I should note it does take close to 2 hours to prepare and you need a pot whlopper working along side you.
