You mean like POET's website? Kidding (I think). But on that topic it would really go a long way for POET to do some video tutorials to give some sense to how the technologies works. Of course that would cost a few bucks but it would I think go a long way to give a basic understanding to the process and help people recognize that dielectric integration is not really that complicated. Especially when compared to the GaAs platform.

snagged this from Agoracom, I agree with this poster's view that Dielectric Hybrid with InP will be a much easier nut to crack, and based on Photonics Roadmapping June 2017 Netherlands Dr Lebby shows this technology (along with Lightwave Logic (LWLG) P2IC Polymer Platform) as being a best bets in Photonics Next-Gen solutions in coming years
