GENE SEYMOUR COULD DISCOVER THE CURE FOR CANCER AND EVERY OTHER DISEASE KNOW TO MAN AND SOME WOULD FIND FAULT WITH IT

I try to look at the man in an objective fashion.

1) NNVC did not start as a scam but a sincere venture to profit from curing viral infections. Had they accomplished it Gene and Anil would grace the pages future medical texts.

2) When results did not confirm that goal he went down the slippery slope of deception but did so within the bounds of the securities laws.

3) Now he is in survival mode. He does not want to become embroiled in lawsuits. So he will seek to place blame elsewhere. Perhaps Anil, who knows.

4) He has committed no crime. SEC filings have been candid about the risks. If an investor choose to ignore them and they lost money it's on them, not Gene or Anil.

That's objectively how I see it.
