At one time I owned TURV, no longer. Just coincidental they happened to hav water rights next to the Notis farm. TURV has its own problems right now. Similar to most MJ/hemp landlord and tenant issues. Tenants don’t like to pay rent it seems and landlords don’t like to pay for upgrades or all of sudden think they can grow crops themselves.
