So there is a good chance Arch is holding on to their shares and will claim a loss because of fiduciary responsibility tort by in which way Enersys handled our factories and their demise and Arch still holding the property rights of our agreement to own the lithium space other than military and aerospace. Its a long shot but a possibility. So we best not sell until we know what happens to approximately 1.5 billion shares the Arch boys are holding with their alleged cronies.
