First off, Happy Thanksgiving all,

as far as keeping your knives sharp, the show I watched mentioned everything on the Cuisinart can go in the dishwasher, but it's best to clean your blades by hand to ensure they stay sharp. I'm positive you already knew that having read the manual like any right thinking male would have, like we ask for directions
