I am considering a position with TXHD, and after reviewing the latest filings, news, etc...I am still considering, and with some reservations.

It is reported that decreased expenses and increased profits are expected going forward?

O/S Increased by approx 445,000,000 since 8/15/2017 OUCH!

Are we expecting an RS anytime soon? This is one is interesting!
