There is NO EXCUSE for releasing a PR like this then. NONE. Delays or not. You DO NOT release a PR unless you can deliver by the time you release in a press release. NO EXCUSE.

But it is enough to try and fool investors....and on that level I guess it worked, but much like in the past....it will come back to bite them in the rear. imo.
