So we are basically investing $6 Million into OI2 for a 49% stake in company. So OI2 is only worth about 12 million - is this a big risk for OTTV? Are the shareholders essentially paying for this investment? This will show up on our Q4? So we may be in the red for another quarter as well. Still not much revenue just acquiring debt here....
