We would like hereby to notify that on 21.11.2017 the Financial Supervision Commission, by Decision No 1459 - E approved a prospectus for public offering of an issue of up to 30 000 (thirty thousand) ordinary, registered, dematerialized, interest-bearing, convertible, freely transferable, unsecured bonds, issued by Monbat AD, with an issue and nominal value of one bond in the amount of EUR 1 000 (one thousand) or a total nominal and issue value of the issue: up to EUR 30 000 000 (thirty million).
