'mfdesigner' The former CEO left the Co. with a couple million shares or so, he might be re-balancing his position in GBLX, maybe someone else can add the exact # of shares he left with. Having said that, I do NOT believe that it's @ the core of the problem, since the market would be willing to soak up the flow, since GBLX has a very low A/S count & it's @ break-even, which for a C stock is amazing. I believe that the problem can best be described in 3 words, "Lack of Exposure".
When I originally spoke to Mr. Poss, he acknowledged as much & said he was putting a program in place to remedy this "Achille's Heel". He even stipulated that he had a conversation with a promotional Co. that offerd NOT to charge even 1cent, until they produced results. I also contributed a name of a fairly prolific writer/promoter, that has gotten good results in the past.
About 2-3 weeks ago I called Mr. Poss back, in specific regards to the above mentioned course of action, his response was tepid & defensive, in that he said he had a lot on his plate & that he was trying to manage cash flow so as to not impair the Co. business. I get all that & GBLX has been doing a remarkable job in advancing GBLX's vision for the future, however, when it comes to the PPS, the needle will not move significantly, until more investors are made privy to the fact that GBLX is out there.
The formula is a rather simple one: The more investors involved, the more shares traded, the more shares traded, the greater the volume, the greater the volume, the greater the exposure & that's how you get from a relative unknown Co. to a well recognized participant in the MJ business.
As a last note, I would add that this is not the NYSE or Nasdaq, so if you want to get there, you have to climb the wall of Pennyland anonymity, for that GBLX needs PPS appreciation/volume & that's going to take more than just good #'s & press releases. GLTA Play it as you see it
