I certainly wouldn't dispute that. But he's STILL dealing with McCusker, to judge from his comments at Twitter and in the late-September conference call. He says he's proud of his association with this great company, yada yada.
There seems to be a wish to dissociate Will McCusker from MCCH. To do so would be to ignore the facts: the company bears his name, and as far as we know, he's still a director. He's also the one who's actually worked in the warranty business. Hawley has no experience with that.
In addition, Hawley said many times, over a period of months, that he was just waiting for the name and ticker change. When it happened, he'd produce the financials. But he didn't; now he says it'll be another month.
Is it because he and McCusker can't quite figure out what to do with those OLD financial statements? The ones from 27 February that clearly stated McCusker & Company and Service USA were part of the public company?
How do they propose to unring that bell?
