My disappointment level is right up there with yours as we've both sat at the same table and fed the same load of BS. That lawsuit was the last straw for me. Unless Dror decides to stop those conversions with a traditional loan, or better yet -- pay it off out of the millions he sucked out of VPOR since 2014, then this is good as toast and I'm going to be a GD thorn in their side!
