And yet nearly all the debts are owed by McCusker companies. Two of which--McCusker & Company and Service USA--were said to be part of MHHC the public company. Financial reports for those two companies were even included in the annual reports submitted to OTCMarkets on 27 February 2017:

So. When it was convenient, those two companies WERE part of MHHC, but when McCusker decided to make that debt disappear via bankruptcy filings, they suddenly weren't?
