Clearly NNVC investors don't care if he lies. Associating himself with Columbia med school on Linkedin automatically networks him with Columbia med school alumni who are now prospective wealthy investors.

Seymour probably tapped out all his Baylor contacts long ago, so he moved on to more fertile ground.
